Cancel Policy

We appreciate that circumstances can change, and we have therefore established the following cancellation policy to provide clarity and fairness for all parties.

Please note that any cancellation must be initiated by email. I will confirm your cancellation via email.

Deposit Payment
To secure your reservation, we kindly request a deposit of 50% of the total tour price at the time of booking.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, regardless of the cancellation date.

The remaining 50% of the tour price is to be paid in cash on the day of the tour.

 

Cancellation Before Full Payment

Please note that in the event of cancellation before the remaining balance is paid, the deposit will not be refunded. However, no further payment will be required.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will confirm it within three business days.

Force Majeure and Special Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe illness, injury, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or government restrictions), exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

In the event that you are unable to attend the tour for any of the aforementioned reasons, we kindly request that you contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to accommodate your situation and provide a fair resolution, which may include rescheduling the tour or offering a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

 

 

Cancellation by the Guide

In the event that I cancel your booking after you have received my confirmation, for any reason, I will issue a full refund of the deposit amount (including any applicable transfer fees) and all costs associated with any additional services, if applicable.
