Booking and Payment Terms

Booking:
After submitting your booking request, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your reservation. A secure payment link for the deposit will be included in this email.

To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total tour price, which must be paid using the provided link. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable as outlined in our cancellation policy.

Once the deposit is received, your booking is finalized, and a final confirmation email will be sent to you.

Payment:

The deposit (50% of the total tour price) can be made via major credit cards or other online payment methods.

The remaining 50% must be paid in cash on the day of the tour.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Deposit:
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.

User Obligations
Tour Participation:
Participants are expected to arrive on time for the tour. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Please note that late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the tour without a refund.
Health and Safety:
It is the responsibility of participants to ensure their health and safety during the tour. Please inform us in advance if you have any health concerns or require special accommodations.

Liability Limitations

By participating in our tours, you agree to release us from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the tour.
Changes to Itinerary:
